Menu

Menu is subject to minimum order of 50 pax. Surcharge is applicable in the event less than 50 pax. Please check with your Tuk Tuk Catering booking representative on the surcharge charges.

Menu Price given is inclusive of complete buffet line with table, table cloth and skirting.

Menu Price given is inclusive of dining ware and cutlery.

Staff Costs

Tuk Tuk Catering function staff are available for booking for a minimum of Eight hours, as per industry standard. Current rates are available for viewing HERE. Bookings including staff must be confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the event.”

 

Equipment

Tuk Tuk Catering can arrange any extra equipment you require for your event. Rental of equipment will be an additional charge. Any damage to or loss of hire equipment caused by the client, client’s guests, venues or venues employees will be charged to the client and invoiced after the event.”

Prices

All price quoted are subjected to 6% SST.”

Deposit and Payments

All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is required to secure the event date. No event is considered confirmed until deposit has been received. The balance will be invoiced upon confirmation of numbers 7 working days prior to the function and full payment of the function is required prior to the event date, unless other arrangements have been made previously. Any additional charges will be invoiced after the event.

Payment is required prior to or upon delivery, unless authorized in advance. We accept payment by most credit cards, including Mastercard, AMEX  and Visa. Our bank account details are located on each invoice for payment by direct transfer, and we also accept payment by cheque.

Corporates terms payment is available for authorized clients only. For any new application, submission of valid documents to our finance department is required,  subject to approval.

Ordering cut off times

Orders confirmation must be received by 5pm, 7 working days prior to the day that delivery is required.”

Confirmation of Details

Menus, final numbers, dietary requirements and staff for functions are to be confirmed 3 days prior to the event. Any changes less than 72 hours will not be entertained.

 

Cancellations

Events that are cancelled less than 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the event for any reason, including weather or any other circumstances will incur a fee of 100% of the final invoice. Customers who cancel events during festive season (Chinese New Year, Raya & Christmas) with less than 7 days notice will not be refunded the initial 50% booking deposit.  “

Dietary Requirements

Tuk Tuk Catering staff and suppliers prepare all food in accordance with the Food Standards set by Food Act and are HACCP Accredited.”

Tuk Tuk Catering kitchen and equipment used within may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other know allergens. Although all care is taken by Tuk Tuk Catering to ensure these items are contained, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. Whilst we understand the serious implications of reactions to allergens and will endeavour  not to cross contaminate your food, Tuk Tuk Catering will not accept responsibility or liability for an adverse reaction to any of our food by any guest.  Please consult with your sales representative on our food ingredient and brief us in details if there is any dietary requirement.

Quality Control

Tuk Tuk Catering does not part cater any event, including BYO food of any nature without prior consent. This practice contravenes our Food Safety program. Please mention to your Tuk Tuk Catering sales representative during the initial quote stages if you plan to supply any external food

Images on our website and marketing material are styled for presentation purposes, and may not be indicative of the presentation of particular items ordered by the Client.

Menus are subject to change according to seasonal and supplier availability. We do endeavour to alert clients to any changes, however, this is not always possible and in some instances some products may be substituted for similar quality ingredients.

Food is best consumed within 3 hours. For food safety purposes We do not encourage client to take away our leftover food. Shall client insist an indemnity form must be sign and Tuk Tuk Catering shall not bare any responsibility.

Responsible Service of Non-Halal item

Tuk Tuk Catering is a licensed Halal caterer, therefore we reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol or any of the Non-Halal item. All dining ware and utensil are strictly use for only halal items. If client were to bring external non halal food, client must inform our sales representative so that we can make other necessary arrangement to accommodate with the client’s request.”

Deliveries

Delivery is available 7 days a week between 6am and 6pm. A delivery fee applies based on location and the day of the delivery. Delivery charges is RM150 within Klang Valley. Delivery fees to locations further than 50 kilometres from the Tuk Tuk Catering Central Kitchen will be charged differently according to the mileage involved.

Please ensure delivery access is always available to your location. If a mobile phone number is provided for contact, please ensure that mobile phone is switched on. If access is not available at agreed time of delivery, the driver may have to return at a later time resulting a delay on the service, or the delivery may be cancelled at the discretion of Tuk Tuk Catering. Payment of the invoice will still be required.”
