TUK TUK CATERING

  • Order must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event/ function date.
  • Any amendments must be made at least 5 working days prior to the event date. For amendments made less than 3 working days, chef recommended item will be followed and subject to availability.
  • All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis.
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
  • Menus & prices quoted in brochure are subjected to change.
  • Delivery charge is RM 100 base on single location and per server charge is RM 150.
  • All self-collection orders and delivery to non-residential addresses must be paid full in advance.
  • Order will be processed once we received an acknowledgment via Tuk Tuk E-comm, WhatsApp or email.
  • Actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time.
  • All requests for collection the following day after event will be chargeable at RM 100 per trip.
  • For buffet orders,
    • Any damages to the equipment will be charged accordingly.
    • 100% payment must be made prior to event date.Table, chair and canopy request will be separately charged.
    • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level.
    • Extra charges will be applicable for buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property.
    • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value with prior notice, due to seasonality.
  • Food best consumed within 3 hours.
  • Full payment is required for the confirmation of event. All payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable if the event is cancelled at any time prior to the event date, unless it is within the notice period as specified in the event cancellation policy.

  • All price is subject to 6% Service Tax (SST) and prevailing government taxes unless otherwise stated. 



  • In the event of a cancellation of the whole event, the following cancellation charges shall apply: – 
  • Less than 14 days prior to event – 50% of the total event cost. 
  • Less than 7 days prior to event – 75% of the total event cost. 
  • Less than 3 days prior to event – 100% of the total event cost.
  • Please be advised that all payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The Company may terminate this Catering arrangement and forfeit any initial payments, if: 
    1. The client/organiser fails to make payment stipulated in this timeline
    2. The client/organiser is placed under liquidation 
    3. The client/organiser commits any material breach of the terms and conditions of this Catering arrangement

TUK TUK DELIVERY

  • You will need to register for an account for you to use the Platform.
    When you register for an account, we will ask you to provide your personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number and a unique password. To place an Order, depending on which payment method you opt for, you may need to provide us with your credit card details. Your unique password should not be shared with anyone and you agree to keep it secret at all times. You are solely responsible for keeping your password safe. Save for cases of fraud or abuse which are not your fault, you accept that all Orders placed under your account are your sole responsibility.
  • All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis.
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.

  • When you place an Order with Tuk Tuk Delivery, Tuk Tuk Delivery will confirm your order by sending you a confirmation email containing the Order receipt. Where applicable, Orders will include delivery fees and any applicable tax (e.g., SST). 
  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your Order after it has been placed. You have the right to cancel your Order provided a confirmation email had not been sent to you.
  • Special Instructions – Tuk Tuk Delivery reasonably endeavour to comply with your special instructions for an Order. However, in some cases where this is not feasible, possible or commercially reasonable, Tuk Tuk Delivery reserve the right to proceed to prepare the Order in accordance with standard operating procedures. Tuk Tuk Delivery shall not be responsible to replace or refund an Order which does not conform to special instructions provided by you.
  • Allergens – Tuk Tuk Delivery is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information. Further, Tuk Tuk Delivery does not guarantee that the Goods sold are free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please exercise self-awareness before placing your orders.
  • Tuk Tuk Delivery shall not be liable for Orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided by you. You are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of the Order, including your delivery address and contact information.
  • Delivery Areas – we offer Goods in specific delivery areas and the provision of Goods may vary from delivery area to delivery area. By entering your delivery address on the Platforms, you will see that we make available to you at that time. Delivery areas may expand or change depending on weather and traffic conditions and situations of force majeure. 
  • Delivery Time – Tuk Tuk delivery shall deliver your Order to the delivery address provided by You. We do acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimate and Orders may arrive earlier or later. To ensure that you do not miss a delivery of an Order, you should ensure that either you or someone is at the delivery location to receive the Order once an Order is placed.
  • Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries – In any cases where we attempt to deliver an Order but we are unable to do so due to the reasons caused by you, including but not limited to:
    1. no one was present or available to receive the Order; or 
    2. customer was uncontactable despite attempts to reach the customer via the phone number provided; or
    3. lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the Order successfully; or
    4. lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the Order
  • No-show Cancellations – If you remain uncontactable or fail to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the Order arrives at your delivery address, Tuk Tuk Delivery reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.
  • Wrong Order, Missing Items, Defective Goods, Upon receipt of your Order, if you discover that there are issues with your Order (e.g. wrong order, defective order, or missing items) please contact us immediately. In some cases, Tuk Tuk Delivery may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate you for your Order or parts of your Order.

  • You agree and consent to Tuk Tuk Delivery and any of its affiliate companies collecting, using, processing and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with these Terms and as further described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available via the links on our Platforms, and shall form a part of these Terms. 
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless Tuk Tuk Delivery, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the Platforms or your breach of these Terms. 
  • The Platforms may contain links to other third-party websites and by clicking on these links, you agree to do so at your own risk. Tuk Tuk delivery does not control or endorse these third-party websites or links and shall not be responsible for the content of these linked pages. Tuk Tuk delivery accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you in relation to your access and use of these third-party links and websites.
  • Tuk Tuk delivery has the right to terminate, suspend or delete your account and access to the Platforms, including any delivery service we provide to you in respect of an Order, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Tuk Tuk delivery, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms. Tuk Tuk delivery may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you a warning prior to termination of your use of the Websites.
  • Tuk Tuk delivery may amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. The amended Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting and you agree to the new Terms by continued use of the Platforms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, whether in whole or in part, you must stop using the Platforms immediately.
  • If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

TUK TUK MEAL PLAN
