No Returns / No Refunds Once Payment Is Made

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final.
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be modified, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled under any circumstances.

Please ensure that all order details (items, quantities, delivery address, and delivery date) are correct before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order:

  • arrives damaged or spoiled,

  • is defective, or

  • contains incorrect items,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@tuktuk.com.my with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and, if approved, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Perishable goods (food and beverages)

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale or promotional items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assess the situation accordingly.

 

Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are strictly limited to cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. All refund requests are subject to review.
